Pork Wonton
Classic Hong Kong-style dim sum from the Netherlands, made with tender pork filling and thin, smooth wrappers. 48 pieces per pack, quick and easy to cook for authentic wonton soup or noodle dishes, perfect for home meals.

Dough (wheat flour, water, wheat gluten flour, turmeric, raising agent: E501, salt), pork (43%), water, potato starch, sugar, shiitake mushrooms, salt, flavor enhancer: E621, acidity regulator: E500, vege oils (sesame, soy), white pepper.

1. Deep-frying: Heat oil to 175°C, fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
2. Boiling/Cooking: Cook in boiling water (or pan with oil) for 12 minutes until fully cooked.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C.
