Option 1: Serve Cold (Recommended)
Defrost the product, lay slices flat on a plate and serve chilled directly.
Serving combinations:
With drinks: Pair with red wine, whisky or beer
Charcuterie platter: Serve with salami, cheese, pickled gherkins and nuts
Salad: Place on lettuce leaves, drizzle with sesame vinaigrette dressing
Option 2: Light Pan-Fry (Warm Serving)
Use little or no oil, cook on medium-low heat
Fry each side for 30 seconds to 1 minute until lightly caramelised and fat releases
Important: Do not fry for long, otherwise meat will turn dry and overly salty
