Traditional Hong Kong dim sum, glutinous rice stuffed with tasty chicken filling wrapped in lotus leaf. Simply steam and enjoy authentic Cantonese flavour.

Glutinous rice, pork (42%), dark soy sauce (water, soybean extract (18%), wheat flour, sugar, salt, mushrooms), Chinese sausage 4% (pork (74%), pork fat (15%), sugar, salt, potato starch, rose liqueur (0.8%), flavor enhancer: E621, dextrose, stabilizers: E450, E451, color: E120, antioxidants: E300, E301, pepper, preservatives: E252, E250), potato starch, dried shrimp, white pepper, garlic granules (contains sulfites), sugar, salt, flavor enhancer: E621, vege oils (sunflower, sesame, soy), shiitake mushrooms, rose liqueur. Steaming Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
2. Place 2 pieces the steamer.
3. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then serve.
