Oven / Air Fryer
Preheat to 200°C. Heat duck skin side up for 8–12 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
Deep-frying
Preheat oil to 190–200°C, fry for 3 minutes, turn halfway through until skin turns golden crispy.
Pan-frying
Place duck skin side down in a pan, fry on medium heat for 4–6 minutes to render fat, flip and fry another 1–2 minutes.

European style: Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal veges and red wine duck jus
Quick meal: Slice for sandwiches/wraps, or shred as main protein for salads
