Baking / Frying (Recommended best method)
180–190°C, bake for 8–12 mins or deep fry 6–10 mins, turn halfway through cooking.
Pan-frying (Charred aroma flavour)
Heat empty pan with no oil, pan-fry over medium heat for 4–6 mins, flip once for even browning.
Open-flame Grilling (Smoky barbecue taste)
Grill over open flame for 3–5 mins, brush sauce during cooking for richer taste.
